| Who's Next produce a raw and original sound at The Burnham Hotel |
TRIBUTE band Who's Next revive classic 1970s rocking rhythms at The Railway Hotel in Burnham Saturday, December 15.
The band formed in 2003 and has played to thousands of people across the UK and Europe, coming to Burnham with a strong reputation as a premier The Who tribute act.
The four-piece attempt to create the rawness and originality of the original classic rock group's performances with articulate interpretations of The Who's pop gems.
Rock anthems such as Substitute, My Generation and Pinball Wizard are showcased along with versions of Won't Get Fooled Again and The Real Me, complete with stunning pyrotechnics.
The talented line-up of performers ensures the group can mimic their heroes while producing a masterful show.
The group features Craig Addecott on bass and vocals, pushing the band along with a different bass for every song.
Charismatic frontman Paul Needham takes on the persona of Roger Daltry on stage, putting his passion and energy into all the songs in their set list.
Jamie Iles performs lead guitar and vocals, adding originality to the basic guitar riffs to create a mix of rhythmic sounds.
Alex Butterfield, a drummer with a Premier Percussion sponsorship deal, keeps the beat of the band going with his frenzied style.
Together the members create solid rock sounds with a look, which mimics the 1970s legends in a showstopping performance.
