A WESTON-BASED 17-piece swing band who plan to put the swing into spring are performing at Mark Village Hall on Saturday, March 28.

Boulevard Swing are an authentic, full-sized swing band made up of musicians from around the area.

The band formed two years ago and have performed at a number of concerts and events around the South West including the annual Picnic in the Park and the Secret Society's charity auction at Webbington Hotel.

They are renowned performers at corporate events, weddings and live music nights in various venues.

Boulevard Swing put their swing onto a number of favourites including Mack the knife, Ain't Misbehavin', Ain't That a Kick in the Head and Fly Me to the Moon, meaning there is something for everyone.

For fans of more modern music, the group will be hosting a disco after the event in aid of Mark PTA.

Get yourself down to Mark Village Hall and be sure to swing your heart out.

Tickets are priced at £10 and are available from Mark Village Stores or directly from Mark First School. The event begins at 8pm. Alternatively, call George Della-Valle on 07906-426842 or email at enquiries@boulevardswing.com
