Award-winning production at Wedmore
FOLLOWING sell-out performances at the Edinburgh Festival, Inspector Sands and Stamping Ground Theatre bring an award winning play to Wedmore village hall for a one-night show.
Hysteria, performed this Wednesday October 17, promises a night of humorous and moving theatre.
The play touches upon panic, the apocalypse and table manners, as it documents an awkward attempt at social interaction by a couple on a dinner date.
The play, brought to Wedmore by Take Art's live village performance scheme, is based on a poem by TS Elliot of the same name and was the winner of the Total Theatre Award in 2006 and also winner of the Argus Angel Award 2007.
The performance starts at 8pm and tickets cost £8 for adults and £7 for concessions. For booking information ring 01934-713009.
