Council hyped collection cost

I THINK it is a fair assumption that most people residing in the SDC area are concerned with the state of the environment, most of which is council lead. To this end the SDC have provided us with green bins for garden waste.

Will road over bridge ever be open?

AS there seems to have been no progress at all made with the so-called repairs of the Walrow Bridge at Highbridge, which should have actually reopened two weeks ago, I am wondering if the road over the bridge will ever be open again?

Angels in Burnham-on-Sea

I recently spent six weeks in Burnham Hospital and having spent time in seven hospitals, including two in London, I have never known such kindness and help before. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff from the top to the bottom and the way they looked after their elderly patients was wonderful to see.
