PALMER OBE Vivian died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on 23rd January 2020 aged 82 years. A much loved husband, dad & grandpa. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A funeral service to celebrate Viv's life will be held at Our Lady and the English Martyr's Catholic Church, Burnham on Sea on Friday 14th February at 1.00pm.
