JEFFERIES Susan (Sue) passed away November 5th 2020, aged 64 years. Beloved Wife of the late Chris, Mum to Simon and Michelle, Nan and friend to many, she will be sadly missed. The funeral service takes place at Sedgemoor crematorium on Wednesday November 25th at 12.00 noon, (due to the current situation restrictions apply) The cortwill be proceeding along North Avenue at 11.30am.
