Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 05/19/00018: Car Park, Coast Road, Berrow, Burnham On Sea TA8 2QY. Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 05/18/00006 (Formation of a path for pedestrians & cyclists & repairs to the existing right of way) to change the design of the section adjacent to the Coast Road between Manor Way & Hurn Lane & culverting of 600m of the roads ditch. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. Application No. 08/19/00137: 35 Northfield. Bridgwater TA6 7HA. Persian Ironwood (T1) Crown raise by 1-2m. Birch (T2) crown reduce sides by 2-3m. Fell group of 3 No. Blue & 1 No. Lawson Cypress (G1), Fell Cherry Spp (T4), Fell Lawson Cypress (T5) The tree(s) lie within a Conservation Area.

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
