HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 The Somerset County Council Proposed public path creation order in the Parish of Bridgwater Without Public Path creation Order 2019 The above order made on 13"1 September 2019 under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create:
1. A footpath which starts at Bristol Road (Point A on the Order plan [National Grid Reference ST3075938855]) and runs in a generally north westerly direction for approximately 77 metres then in a generally southerly direction for approximately 24 metres to Point B (NGR ST3069038858) where it joins The England Coast Path national trail. The width of the footpath is 3 metres.

and may be seen free of charge at:
1 B Block Reception, Somerset County Council, County Hall, Taunton TA1 4DY from 9.30am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Copies may be bought there at a price of £10.00.
2 Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater TA6 3AR.
Any representations about or objections to the orders may be sent in writing to the Major Programmes Team, B2W, Somerset County Council, County Hall, Taunton, TA1 4DY quoting reference RW/PPO10/SL to be received no later than 19th November 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Somerset County Council may confirm this order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections, which have not been withdrawn, will be sent with the order.
