SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL DISTRICT OF SEDGEMOOR PARISHES OF BURNHAM ON SEA & HIGHBRIDGE AND BURNHAM WITHOUT Temporary Closure of parts of Footpaths AX 32/21 AX 32/24 and AX 9/1
TAKE NOTICE
that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset propose to make an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along (1) footpath AX 32/21 from the western side of the Springfield Road footpath level crossing in an easterly direction for 10 metres to the eastern side of the crossing and (2) footpath AX 32/24 from the western side of the Brunei's Way footpath level crossing in an easterly direction for 10 metres to the eastern side of the crossing and (3) footpath AX 9/1 from the western side of the Burnham Without level crossing in an easterly direction for 10 metres to the eastern side of the crossing whilst High Output track renewals are taking place.
The Order will come into effect on 11 January 2020 and will remain in force for six months although the:-
Springfield Road crossing is only likely to be closed from 9pm on 13/1/2020 until 6am on 17/1/2020 and
Brunel's Way crossing is only likely to be closed from 11pm on 11/1/2020 until 7am on 9/2/2020 Burnham Without (Footpath AX 9/1) crossing is only likely to be closed from 9pm on 13/1/2020 until 6am on 17/1/2020
