Outline application with some matters reserved, for the erection of 20 no. dwellings, new access & other associated works. This proposal is a major development. Application No. 08/21/00012:69 Carlton Drive, Bridgwater, TA6 3TL. Single storey rear (West) extension This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
