Application No. 25720/00035: New Road Farm, New Road, East Huntspill, Highbridge, Somerset, TA9 3PZ. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 25/19/00021 (Change of use & conversion of Barn to form 1 No. Dwelling) to allow for amendments to the design including a vaulted ceiling & mezzanine floor to expose the timbers & glazing to south gable end. This application affects a listed building.
Application No. 08/21/00006: Bridgwater Cricket Club, The Parks Sports Ground, Durleigh Road, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 7HR. Erection of a front dormer extension with balcony. This development is on a site adjoining a Conservation Area & may affect its character.
