Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 00/21/00014: Public Conveniences, Church Road, Brean, Burnham On Sea. Erection of a toilet block & bus shelter on site of existing to be demolished. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. Application No. 42/21/00031: Land To The North Of, Northmead House, North Mead Drove, Puriton, Bridgwater. Approval of the details of appearance, landscaping, layout & scale, for the erection of a dwelling. This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 09/21/00036: Bower Farm, Bower Lane, Bridgwater TA6 4TY. Approval of the details of appearance, landscaping, layout & scale, for the erection of 260no. dwellings, associated infrastructure including a new roundabout, on site of existing buildings & structures (to be demolished).
