Application No. 22/21/00017: Karinya, Middle Road, Cossington, Bridgwater TA7 8LN. Conversion of attached side (West) garage into additional living space. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 36/21/00024: 64 South Lane, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater TA5 1LR. Change of use of orchard to residential parking & the erection of single storey rear (North) extension part on site of existing (to be demolished). This site lies within a Conservation Area. This development is on a site adjoining a Conservation Area & may affect its character. Application No. 08/21/00193:11 Haygrove Road, Bridgwater TA6 7HZ. Erection of two storey & single storey side (South) extension, with internal alterations. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 08/22/00004: 22 Monmouth Street, Bridgwater TA6 5EJ. Fell one Weeping ash (T1). Re-pollard to previous pruning points to Horse Chestnut (T2). Remove two branches from old stump (possibly Acacia) (T3). The tree(s) lie within a Conservation Area.
