The following applications have been made to Sedgemoor District Council. Copies are available for inspection on the Sedgemoor's Web Site - www.sedgemoor.gov.uk/ planning, or at the address below during office hours until 24/01/2017. Land at Wick Lane, Brent Knoll, Highbridge Application No: 07/16/00026 Variation of conditions 2 & 3 of Planning Permission 07/15/00016 (Installation of a solar park with an output of approximately 2.79MW) to extend the duration of the Planning Permission from 25 years & 6 months to 30 years & 6 months & to amend the layout. This application affects a listed building. 9 York Buildings, Bridgwater, TA6 3BA Application No: 08/16/00214 Undertake maintenance, repairs & redecoration to roofs, guttering, render & windows, including repairs to the ashlar stone, installation of pigeon spikes to the front facing windows & cleaning of signage, brickwork & stone. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.
