The following applications have been made to Sedgemoor District Council. Copies are available for inspection on the Sedgemoor's Website - www.sedgemoor.gov.uk/planning, or at the address below during office hours until 02/01/2018. Milepost, Bristol Road, Rooksbridge, Axbridge, Somerset Application No: 24/17/00030 Re-siting of milepost to increase long term visibility & protection. This application affects a listed building. Mount Pleasant, Little Moor Road, Mark, Highbridge, TA9 4NG Application No's: 33/17/00036 & 33/17/00037 Erection of single-storey extension to rear (South) elevation & internal alterations. These application's affect a listed building & the setting of a public right of way (Householder application). Harvest Moon, Church Road, North Newton, Bridgwater, TA7 0BG Application No: 37/17/00104 Erection of a single storey extension to NW elevation/restaurant & erection of a 2 storey extension to SE elevation to form landlord accommodation, on site of existing (to be demolished). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. 45 The Esplanade, Burnham on Sea, TA8 2AQ Application No: 11/17/00143 Retention of store room to side (South) elevation. This site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed building (Householder application).
