The following applications have been made to Sedgemoor

Adscombe Farm, Adscombe, Over Stowey, Bridgwater,
TA5 1HN Application No: 40/18/00006 Conversion of
existing barns to form 3no. dwellings & a cafe/function room,
the erection of 3no. holiday lets & associated parking & the
conversion of a further barn to form a temporary cafe for
a period of up to 3no. years. This development may affect
a public right of way. 46 Main Road, Middlezoy, Bridgwater,
TA7 0NN Application No’s: 34/18/00009 & 34/18/00010
Demolition of rear extension, repairs, alterations & erection
of new extensions to farmhouse. Extend farmhouse into link
barn currently occupied by the Cottage & conversion of
outbuilding to residential to house the re-located Cottage.
These applications affect a listed building (Householder

Application No: 08/18/00093 The conversion of basement
into 1 No. one bedroom flat & the provision of a new stepped
entrance to the front elevation. This site lies within a
Conservation Area. Land at Fore Street & High Street,
Bridgwater, Somerset Application No: 08/18/00096
Proposed public realm enhancements including updated
& new street furniture & signage, small areas of resurfacing
& creating of an enhanced raised nodal area & formation
of associated steps on Fore Street & the replacement of trees
on High Street, & associated works. This site lies within a
Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed
building. 27 Fore Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3NH Application
No: 08/18/00097 Alterations to ground floor shopfront to
include the installation of new glass doors, lighting, signage
& an internal security roller shutter. This site lies within a
Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.
Shop, 7 East Quay, Bridgwater, TA6 5AZ Application No:
08/18/00099 Change of use of shop to allow operation as a
bookshop & cafe, including alterations to existing WC. This
application affects a listed building. Any person wishing to
make representations about the proposals should do
so by 12/06/2018 to the Council offices at the below
address, or to planning.comments@sedgemoor.gov.uk.
