SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET (VARIOUS ROADS STOKE ST GREGORY) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) (SPECIAL EVENTS) ORDER 2018 (STOKE STAMPEDE)
SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL in exercise of its powers under Section 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 Hereby makes the following Order: -This Order shall come into operation on the 20th day of December 2018 and shall remain in force for eighteen months. The effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of vehicles in the road specified in the Schedule to this Order. The restrictions shall apply when indicated by traffic signs.
The event is expected to take place on the 6th day of January 2019 between the hours of 10:30 to 12:30.
