The Peacocks fate was confirmed after defeat this evening (Thursday, April 18) at home against local rivals Weston-super-Mare AFC.
They host Weston-super-Mare AFC tonight (Thursday, April 18) at Wordsworth Drive, and if the Peacocks lose, they will be relegated.
Whilst they are not relegated yet, Taunton Town need to win both of their remaining games to guarantee safety.
Speaking after the match, Somerset head coach Jason Kerr said: “Apart from about 40 minutes on day one we have been outstanding in this game."
