DIRECTIONS

From Tiverton, take the B3137 towards Witheridge and continue to the village of Nomansland. At the crossroads by The Mount Pleasant Inn, turn left towards Puddington and Morchard Bishop and continue for 1.6 miles to Henceford Cross. Here, continue straight across towards Black Dog and after 400 yards, turn right at Washford Cross signposted towards Washford Pyne.

 

Continue along this road into the hamlet of Washford Pyne, and the land can be accessed via the track running to the western side of St Peter's Church.
