The property is well located, being within easy reach of local amenities in Williton, Taunton and communication links to the M5, whilst also being surrounded by some of the UK's most spectacular and unspoilt countryside, including The Quantock Hills AONB and the Exmoor National Park. There are many foot and bridle path's in the local area and direct outriding onto the Quantocks is available from the property. The West Somerset coastline to the north offers many miles of coastal walks, with beaches at Minehead, Dunster and also Kilve, a little known SSSI where many interesting fossils can be found. The West Somerset Railway is one of the areas most charming tourist attractions, with regular trains throughout the year running between Bishops Lydeard and Minehead.
