Berryman charge an administration fee which is £180.00 for the first applicant, plus £120.00 for each additional applicant. This price is inclusive of VAT. The fee is NON REFUNDABLE if you decide not to take up the property, or if your references do not prove to be satisfactory.

The administration fee includes payment for referencing, preparation of a legal tenancy agreement and holding your deposit safely with the TDS.

To pay £60 (inclusive of VAT) on Move Out for the cost of a check-out inspection and cost of the Inventory and Schedule of Condition listing all the Fixtures and Fittings in the Premises and the condition of them at the expiry or sooner termination of the Tenancy.

If you wish to vacate the property prior to the end of the six month fixed term and your landlord is in agreement, we will endeavour to re let the property & there will be a charge of £100.00 inc VAT to yourself.
