A variety of events are set to take place across the Burnham-on-Sea and Bridgwater areas over the next week.
Music by the River – Trio Paradis
A piano, violin, and cello trio will perform at the Bridgwater Arts Centre this month.
Music lovers are invited to enjoy an afternoon performance by Somerset-based Trio Paradis.
The event is part of the ‘Music by the River’ series and takes place on Wednesday, August 12, with the performance starting at 2pm.
Trio Paradis, formed in 2008, is made up of Jacquelyn Bevan on piano, Ruth O’Shea on violin, and Linda Stocks on cello.
They perform more than 120 concerts each year, focusing on bringing classical music to wider audiences, particularly by women and other under-performed composers.

It will run from 10am to 1.30pm on Friday, August 14.
Participants will use soft-carved lino and fast-drying ink pads, allowing for multi-coloured prints and layering.
The workshop, offering the chance to create A5 mini prints, includes materials such as templates and examples.
Attendees are welcome to bring photos or sketches, but it is not necessary.
Tickets are £47 and can be bought at bridgwatertheatres.ticketsolve.com/ticketbooth/shows/1173678922.
