A LIFEBOAT charity will have a guest speaker at its Annual Open Meeting next month.
RNLI supporters will hear a summary of the year’s events at the meeting on March 8 at Burnham Motor Boat and Sailing Club on the South Esplanade.
There will be a talk by speaker squadron leader Hugh Pearce of Search and Rescue Squadron (SARS) A flight 22, from RAF Chivenor.
Interested parties are requested to attend soon after 7pm, to enable a prompt start to the meeting. Refreshments will be available.
RNLI press officer Mike Lang said: “This is an invaluable chance to make contact with Burnham lifeboat volunteer fund-raisers and crew members, so come along to meet us.”
Email mike.lang@btinternet.com to RSVP.
