POLICE are appealing for help in finding a speedboat that was stolen from a boat shed in Burnham.
The boat, named The Crusader, was taken from the Marine Boat Shed, on the Westmans Trading Estate on Love Lane, at some point between 9am on Saturday, August 30 and 5.30pm on Sunday, August 31.
The boat was packed on to a trailer and was taken from the yard and was stolen along with a grey Mercury 85hp outboard engine.
Investigating officer PC Ian Bartlett said: “The boat is distinctive as it has the Union flag markings on the rear and a red stripe on the side.
“I’m hoping people will look at the photo and let us know if they have seen this boat in recent days."
Anyone who has information about the stolen boat or may have spotted it should call PC Ian Bartlett on 101.
