THE public are being asked to have their say on a plan to expand Isleport Business Park in Highbridge.
The expansion could create hundreds of new jobs with three possible development sites covering around 65 hectares of land highlighted.
The consultation states that the council has identified the Isleport Business Park as “a broad location suitable for employment growth as there is high potential of success in attracting employers.”
A council spokesman said: “The objective is to gather views and comments from residents, businesses and land owners in the area as well as statutory consultees.”
The consultation on land for employment development is open for comment until August 28.
