EVERY now and then we like to take a delve back through your Burnham and Highbridge Weekly News files.
This week, we've dug out this cracking story on Julia Wright from Burnham-on-Sea.
The sheep-mad shop manager was to be the focus of a special TV feature on the country’s top collectors.
Julia appeared on GMT’s Collectors Week with her 3000-strong army of fluffy friends, estimated to be worth at least £5,000.
“I actually started when the Wallace and Gromit film came out which featured Sean the Sheep,” she told the Weekly News.
“The most expensive item that I have got is a £500 limited edition chess set.
“I have got thousands of them and I have been collecting them for about ten years. My favourite is probably Sean.”
