PLANS for a 75 room Travelodge hotel to be built in Highbridge have been submitted.
The proposal, submitted by ERC Developments Ltd show plans for 75 bedrooms, 75 parking spaces, an integral bar and cafe and bin and cycle storage on land to the east of Bennett Road near Isleport Business Park.
If approved, the new hotel will be on land adjacent to the new Aldi superstore, which was approved by Sedgemoor District Council on May 9.
Comments are welcome on the application until August 25 after which it will be considered by Sedgemoor District Council.
