A MAN who was spotted driving 'erratically' with three girls in the back of his car in Burnham-on-Sea has been jailed for 12 weeks.
Daniel Sinton, 34 of Owens Croft in Birmingham, was seen on September 10 at 3.30pm driving a blue BMW in the Abingdon Street area of Burnham with three girls in the back of his car.
Avon and Somerset Police launched an appeal for witnesses after concerns were raised for the girls safety.
Sinton pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance at Bristol Magistrates Court on September 11 and was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.
Sinton was also in breach of a suspended sentence for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Birmingham in May and was sentenced to a further nine weeks in prison at the hearing.
