HUNDREDS of residents flocked to Manor Gardens on Sunday (May 6) for Burnham-on-Sea’s annual Party in the Park.
The sun was shining as residents enjoyed live performances from The Polden Mountain Boys, Lost in the Grass, Daft Folk and the Eccleston Band.
Visitors also enjoyed some tasty treats as there was a crepe cart and cider station at the event.
Mike Murphy, organiser of Party in the Park, said: “The wonderful weather bought us a record crowd, with the gardens filled to the brim with people enjoying a great afternoon of music in the sunshine.
“We saw hundreds of people during the day – the bar even ran out of drinks.
“It was a fantastic event and we had great feedback from everyone who came. We are looking forward to hosting our Jazz party next year.”
