FUNDS RAISED: Members of Wembdon Painting Group, Wembdon Camera Club and Somerset Photo Walks meet with volunteers at BARB Search and Rescue
THREE Somerset groups teamed up to raise £400 for Burnham Area Rescue Boat.
On August 27 members of Wembdon Painting Group, Wembdon Camera Club and Somerset Photo Walks groups set up a stall at Wembdon Village Day and sold a number of pieces of their work to raise funds for the rescue charity.
Representatives from the three groups met with volunteers from BARB and handed over a cheque to them at a special ceremony at their base on Burnham-on-Sea Esplanade on September 19.
