A LAND ROVER has been badly damaged following a fire in Axbridge.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called at 11.22am on Monday (April 15) to Cheddar Road in Axbridge following reports of a fire.
One fire engine from Cheddar and one fire engine from Burnham-on-Sea attended the incident.
Firefighters extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus sets and monitored with a gas meter after an extended period cooling the vehicle.
Photos released by the fire service show burnt debris from the Land Rover on the floor and the engine was left blackened and damaged following the fire.
