I WOULD like to thank the good citizen who recently helped out our cat.

On March 29, our cat was hit by a car and was injured on Kingston Road.

We were very lucky that someone took the time to stop and rescue her, and take her to the vets.

She suffered a broken jaw and lots of bruising and superficial injuries.

Her jaw needed to be wired and she will have this removed in an operation in a week's time.

Thanks to that person, our much-loved cat, Jessie, is now well on the way to being back to full health, and without this good Samaritan things could have turned out very differently.

Thank you so much to this person, for taking the time and effort to help.
