POLICE have issued a fresh photo of the missing owner of an apparently abandoned yacht that ran aground.
Officers say they are "concerned for the welfare" of David Moore, 43, whose vessel was spotted at Berrow yesterday morning.
The Egoist was seen leaving Watchet Marina on Saturday afternoon.
Police say they are treating it as a missing person enquiry and officers are concerned for Mr Moore's welfare.
The two Burnham-on-Sea RNLI lifeboats were launched to investigate reports of the yacht running aground near Berrow Church at around 6.30am yesterday.
They reported no sign of life on board but were unable to tow the vessel away safely.
