POWER OUTAGE: More than 200 homes have been left without power following a power cut in Burnham-on-Sea
MORE than 200 homes were suddenly left without power in Burnham-on-Sea this evening.
A total of 237 homes in the TA8 area lost power at around 7pm today (June 5) due to a high voltage fault, but Western Power have been working to restore supplies and all homes affected now have their power back on.
A spokesman for Western Power Distribution, said: "Power is now back on in Burnham-on-Sea in the TA8 areas.
"We are sorry for any problems caused by the power cut this evening."
