JOANNA Trollope has been writing for over thirty years and has been described as one of the most insightful chroniclers and social commentators writing fiction today.
After winning a scholarship to Oxford University, Joanna joined the Foreign Office and then became a teacher of English.
She began writing to fill the long spaces after the children had gone to bed and for many years combined her writing career with working as a teacher.
Her latest novel, An Unsuitable Match, was published in February 2018.
So join the Brewhouse this September to find out how filling in these long spaces has worked out for her and how she honed her craft.
Joanna will be at The Brewhouse Theatre in Taunton on September 7 at 7:30pm.
There will also be book signing opportunities after the event.
