A TAUNTON care company has relocated into a former greengrocers.

Home Instead Senior Care, which is rated 'outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, has moved into new offices in Pitts Close, in the Galmington area of Taunton.

The company, created by Noel and Vanessa Munson in 2013, has moved due to an 'unprecedented demand' for its services.

Mrs Munson said: “We are delighted with our new home as we have grown out of our previous, smaller office due to a high demand for our care services.

“As our other office was more tucked away, we felt that this new space would help us become an even stronger part of the local community.

"We often run scam workshops and other free workshops for members of the community, and our office on Pitts Close will allow us to be more engaged with local people."

The new, bigger, office, gives them the opportunity to increase their number of carers.

They are hoping to employ 35 more caregivers over the next six months.

Mr Munson added: “It was important for us to find an office that was on the ground floor, which provides easy access for our senior clients.

“We want to spread the word about the amazing work we do and not only support more people but also encourage people to consider joining our team and making a difference.”
