A MAN has been arrested after a stabbing in Burnham-on-Sea.
Police were called shortly before 1am on Friday, October 11 following reports of a stabbing in Pier Street.
A man in his 30's has been arrested and released under investigation and police have launched an investigation into the incident.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police, said: "We can confirm that we are investigating a stabbing incident which was reported to us shortly before 1am on October 11.
"A man in his 30s has been arrested and released under investigation.
"Police enquiries into the incident are continuing.
"Anyone with information to help us is asked to contact us quoting 5219235327."
