RECENT cases dealt with by Taunton Magistrates' Courts include:
Ryan Leigh Christopher Forward, 20, of Bramley Road, Taunton, two counts of assaulted an on-duty police office by beating, community order, three months curfew, £100 compensation; breached a conditional discharge, no action taken. (G).
Leiran Anthony Brian Forward, 20, of North Street, Wellington, breached a restraining order, £80 fine, £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs. (G).
Kelvin Holmes, 39, of no fixed address, breached the notification order under the Sexual Offences Act, community order, £90 victim surcharge. (G).
Sarah Morris, 43, of East Reach, Taunton, theft, breached a conditional discharge imposed for two counts of joint theft, community order, £90 victim surcharge. (G).
