RECENT cases dealt with by Taunton Magistrates' Courts include:
Ashley Ryan Hall, 19, of no fixed address, breached a Criminal Behaviour Order, 12 weeks prison; four further counts of breached a Criminal Behaviour Order, 12 weeks prison (concurrent) on each count, £122 victim surcharge; breached a conditional discharge order imposed for two counts of criminal damage, two counts of begging, 12 counts of breaching a Community Protection Order and one count of a public order offence, no separate penalty. George Ian Whyte, 47, of no fixed address, breached a Criminal Behaviour Order, 12 weeks prison; 12 counts of offences in breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order, 12 weeks prison (concurrent) on each count; failed to surrender to bail, one week prison (consecutive); assault by beating, two weeks prison (consecutive), £122 compensation. Robert Adrian Cummings, 57, of Staple Farm, West Quantoxhead, speeding, £30 victim surcharge, three points. (G).
Ross McCormack, 33, of Kershaw Close, Taunton, destroyed a door, £320 fine, £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs. (G).
Aaron James Baker, 27, of Crosslands, Tonedale, Wellington, drink driving, took a vehicle without the owner's consent, community order, two months curfew order, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, 12 months driving ban; driving without correct licence, driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Dana Marie Ede, 47, of Wiveliscombe Road, Norton Fitzwarren, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver, £369 fine, £36 victim surcharge, £85 costs, six points. (G).
Abdullatif Moubtahij, 59, of no fixed address, harassment, restraining order, £54 fine, £90 victim surcharge, £135 costs. (G).
