A MULTI-INSTRUMENTAL variety act will be gracing the stage in Burnham-on-Sea next month to raise money for Burnham Hospital’s League of Friends.
Andy Eastwood combines his playing ability and vocal prowess with a highly entertaining delivery.
He has been part of the Ken Dodd theatre shows, and starred in a war time revue of We’ll Meet Again, in which he portrayed the iconic George Formby on its nationwide tour. Andy’s tv appearances have included Barrymore, Blue Peter, GMTV, and Today with Des and Mel.
He also taught comedian Frank Skinner to play the ukulele for the BBC show Play it Again, and as a result a George Formby documentary was made for the BBC named What a Performance.
Andy’s versatility and whole demeanour knows no bounds. So whether he is playing ukulele, banjo, guitar or violin, you will be highly impressed by this artist’s versatility and charisma.
Andy Eastwood and Friends will be at the Princess Theatre in Burnham-on-Sea on March 21 at 8pm. To book visit princesstheatreandartscentre.co.uk or call 01278 784464.
