A THIEF has been jailed after stealing thousands of pounds worth of goods from a town centre store.
Brendan Fallon, of no fixed address, pinched fragrances from Debenhams in Golden Square Shopping Centre on three separate occasions.
During two visits in November 2019, the 34-year-old stole perfumes worth £400 and £1,000.
Fallon, formerly of Stockport, then returned to the department store on Saturday, February 15, and pinched goods valued at £929.75 but was caught by security staff and arrested.
On Monday, February 17, he admitted three counts of theft at Warrington Magistrates Court.

The defendant also admitted three charges of breaching a community order, all handed down by the courts for incidents in Stockport and Macclesfield in November last year – during which he stole jewellery and alcohol.
Fallon was handed 40 weeks behind bars and told to pay compensation of £1,400.
