BEFORE the outbreak of coronavirus and life still had a sense of normality, Ofsted inspectors were visiting schools to give feedback on their practices.

Schools were told to close on March 20, but the results of inspections which had already been carried out are still being published on the Ofsted website.

No schools or nurseries in Somerset were given an 'outstanding' rating in March.

REQUIRES IMPROVEMENT:
