WARRINGTON Mencap has been putting on a whole host of activities to keep its users entertained during lockdown.
The charity, which helps adults with learning difficulties live as independently as possible, usually runs weekly social groups and day trips.
Instead, Mencap service users have made use of virtual yoga classes, gardening, archery, baking, a disco, ceramic painting, watching Ian Zippy Lees Magic shows on FB live and even a concert.
One member of staff, who is a qualified hairdresser, created a makeshift salon in one of Mencap's supported homes to help people look their best.
Staff are working hard to follow government guidelines to stay safe, while ensuring Mencap users' wellbeing and care needs are met.
