IT may sound repetitive, but there were NO new confirmed cornavirus cases in Somerset in the latest figures.
Public Health England announced the zero cases in the 24-hour period to 5pm yesterday (Monday) for the sixth time in a week.
It means the overall figure for the county remains at 790
As things stand, there have been a total of 65 confirmed cases in Mendip; 221 in Sedgemoor; 307 in Somerset West and Taunton; and 197 in South Somerset.
Pleasingly, there were no Covid-19 related deaths in the county council patch either.
