THERE'S been another confirmed Covid-19 case in Somerset in figures released today (Friday).
The new case was reported Sedgemoor in the 24-hour period to 5pm yesterday, according to Public Health England.
Over the same timescale, there were no coronavirus-related deaths in the area covered by Somerset County Council.
The latest case means there has been a total of 792 cases of Covid-19 detected in the county.
Of those, 65 have been in Mendip; 222 in Sedgemoor; 308 in Somerset West and Taunton; and 197 in South Somerset.
