PIZZA Express has not announced when it will re-open in Taunton.
The Bridge Street restaurant has been closed for four months following lockdown.
The company re-opened a number of outlets for dine ins and/or takeaways last Thursday.
Managing director Zoe Bowley said it is running a "gradual re-opening" programme.
She said: "Following the latest Government advice, we are ready to safely open our doors again in selected restaurants and reunite our customers with their favourites.
"Serving pizza is our passion, but keeping our teams and customers safe is our priority.
"That’s why we will be making some important changes to our dine in experience to comply with physical distancing and make sure you feel comfortable when in our restaurants.
"This includes a new digital menu which you’ll access on your phone, cashless payments at table and a slightly reduced menu.
"Although our service may look and feel a little different to before, we promise not to compromise on the same great tasting pizza you’ve come to love.
"We’ll gradually be opening our restaurants over the coming weeks so make sure you keep an eye out on our website, social feeds or sign up to our newsletter so you can be the first to know when your local pizzeria will be opening in your area.
"We can’t wait to have you back at our place again and celebrate good times... at a distance."
