INVESTIGATION: Police appeal for information
POLICE are investigating the report of a vehicle having its tyres slashed in Kendal.
A Cumbria Constabulary spokesman said the black Volkswagen Tiguan was parked on Castle Street when it happened.
The spokesman said the incident happened overnight between July 28 and 29.
Police have now launched an appeal and are 'keen to speak to anyone who may have seen any suspicious people in the area through the night.'
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 44 of July 29. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
