I wonder if that's the same science that encouraged the PM, on March 13, to tell the British people he was continuing to shake hands and hoped we would do the same? March 12, no doubt using different science, the WHO declared a pandemic and that all countries should take appropriate measures.
Last week in the House of Commons, Matt Hancock declared that if we didn't close the pubs at 10pm, there would be hundreds of thousands of deaths.
Tory Phillip Davies, presumably using some form of science, stated the curfew is a socialist approach - and that would never do.

The Health Secretary, using no science at all, standing in the grounds of Musgrove Park Hospital two days before the last election, stated, 'this is where we're going to build a new hospital'. Taunton MP stood beside him.
It would be nice to think he was right, considering the thousands of houses being built in Musgrove's catchment area, but I won't hold my breath.
Similarly, I think a hospital is more of a priority than a new station building.
