A FURTHER two Covid-19 related deaths were recorded in Somerset in figures released yesterday evening (Sunday).
The people died within 28 days of testing positive for the coronavirus of any cause.
One of the deaths was in South Somerset, the other was in Somerset West and Taunton.
Overall since the start of the pandemic, there have been 114 Covid linked deaths in South Somerset; 82 in SWT; 97 in Sedgemoor; and 94 in Mendip.
The county council area's toll since the start of the pandemic has reached 387.
