A CARAVAN was destroyed after a 'deliberate' fire in Middlezoy.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called by a member of the public at 9.15pm on Saturday (February 6) to Middlezoy reporting a caravan on fire.
Two fire engines from Bridgwater went to the scene. When crews arrived the caravan was well alight.
Firefighters used two jets and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
"The caravan was 100 per cent damaged by fire and the adjacent fence was 50 per cent damaged by fire," a Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue spokesperson said.
"This is believed to have been deliberate at this time."
